As Program Manager you are responsible for E2E program control across a brand, portfolio or strategic roadmap area. The role ensures clear ownership, integrated planning, strong dependency management and timely decision making across business and technology teams.The role requires the ability to lead large scale IT and business transformations successfully, bringing together multiple domains, senior stakeholders and delivery teams around a shared direction, clear priorities and measurable outcomes.As the central point of contact for owners and main stakeholders, the Sr Program Manager provides one integrated view of progress, risks, dependencies and key decisions. The role supports delivery of strategic Rocks and priority roadmap items with a strong focus on value, capacity, scope and timing.

A gross monthly salary between
€6.542 and €8.178, with personal growth potential and a collective salary increase of 2.8% in January 2027.

What you bring

Key responsibilities

Own the program view for a brand or portfolio of strategic Rocks.
Ensure each Rock has clear accountability and an assigned Progress Lead.
Maintain an integrated roadmap view, including progress, risks, dependencies and decisions.
Drive alignment between owners, Portfolio Management, Technology and delivery teams.
Lead complex IT and business transformation initiatives from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment, progress and value delivery.
Prepare and support decision making on scope, timing, capacity and priorities.
Escalate risks and blockers through the right governance forums.
Support consistent ways of working across Progress Leads and delivery teams.
Contribute to improved delivery control, roadmap transparency and prioritisation.

Required profile

Strong experience in program or portfolio management in a complex technology environment.
Proven track record in successfully leading large IT or business transformations.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across business and technology.
Strong planning, dependency management and delivery control skills.
Ability to create structure, transparency and focus in complex initiatives.
Experience with agile delivery, roadmap governance and cross-domain execution.
Clear communication style and strong organisational sensitivity.
