As a CyberArk / IDIRA Solution Architect within Privileged Access Management, you will work on solutions that ensure secure and controlled access to critical systems. You translate business and security needs into clear high-level designs and define the overall direction for the solution. You work closely with stakeholders across Security, IT and the business, ensuring that architectural choices align with broader principles and the PAM domain. The detailed design and technical implementation will be handled by our partner Cognizant, while you safeguard the direction and remain the key subject matter sparring partner. A salary that grows

A gross monthly salary between
€5.544 and €6.930, with personal growth potential and a collective salary increase of 2.8% in January 2027.

What you bring

You are an experienced Solution Architect with strong domain knowledge of Privileged Access Management. You can translate complex challenges into clear solution directions and guide stakeholders through choices and impact.

PAM knowledge and experience is a must, preferably with CyberArk and/or IDIRA.
Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management and Zero Trust architectures.
Proven experience with Privileged Access Management in complex IT environments.
Experience as a Solution Architect, including creating high-level designs.
Experience working in an agile environment, for example with product owners, squads or delivery teams.
Ability to provide architectural direction and guide the technical elaboration by partners such as Cognizant.
