As RISE Transformation Programme Lead at VodafoneZiggo, you set direction for our most important cybersecurity transformation. You lead the RISE programme, which strengthens our security posture and ensures we meet key regulatory requirements such as NIS2. You manage multiple workstreams that together build a stronger security foundation: from resolving application vulnerabilities to building new security capabilities and improving compliance. You bring structure, planning, and prioritisation across all workstreams. You track progress, risks, budget, and dependencies, and ensure delivery is completed on time and as agreed. You work directly with the CISO, senior leadership, and external stakeholders such as regulators and shareholder representatives. You ensure clear reporting, decision-making, and escalation where needed.

A gross monthly salary between
€6.542 and €8.178, with personal growth potential and a collective salary increase of 2.8% in January 2027.

What you bring

You bring calm and structure to complex environments where many things happen at the same time. You maintain overview, make sharp decisions, and ensure teams stay aligned towards one goal. You feel comfortable working where cybersecurity, technology, and regulation come together.

You have 8–12 years of experience in programme or project management within complex technology or cybersecurity environments
You have experience leading large-scale transformation programmes with multiple workstreams
You have experience with governance, planning, and decision-making at senior level
You have experience in stakeholder management with senior leadership and external parties
You have experience working in regulated environments such as telecom or critical infrastructure
You have knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIS2, ISO 27001, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework
You have experience leading programme teams, vendors, and workstream leads
You hold a certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP or equivalent
You have an additional security or risk certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC (preferred)
You have a Master’s degree or equivalent level of education and working experience
You work in a structured way with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
You are fluent in English. Dutch is a strong plus
