Als Medewerker Klantenservice Zakelijk bij VodafoneZiggo ben jij dé sparringpartner voor onze (klein)zakelijke klanten. Je helpt hen met vragen over onze diensten en producten. Je luistert scherp en hoort de vraag achter de vraag. Vervolgens bied je een oplossing die echt past. Jij kiest je eigen aanpak: zonder vaste scripts, maar met jouw persoonlijke stijl. Of het nu om een factuur gaat of een technische uitdaging, je ziet elk contact als een kans om een klant blij te maken. Wat verder belangrijk is voor jouw functie:

Minimaal 24 uur per week inzetbaar binnen onze openingstijden: maandag tot en met zaterdag van 08:00 tot 20:00 uur
Je bent doordeweeks 3 avonden beschikbaar en werkt 1 keer in de 3 weken op zaterdag
Je beheerst zowel Nederlands als Engels goed, in woord en geschrift
Het trainingsprogramma duurt 9 weken. In die periode zijn er 3 losse weken waarin je fulltime aanwezig bent voor theorie. In de andere weken krijg je coaching en praktijktraining op de werkvloer. Zo wissel je theorie en praktijk af en leer je meteen toepassen wat je hebt geleerd!
