Jij hebt een duidelijk beeld van goede service. Je voelt goed aan wat een klant nodig heeft en blijft rustig, ook als een gesprek anders loopt dan verwacht. Tijdens onze training leer je alles over ons aanbod voor klanten en hoe onze systemen werken. Zo kun jij klanten straks snel, persoonlijk en met vertrouwen helpen. Jouw positieve energie, nieuwsgierigheid en zin om te ontwikkelen maken daarin het verschil.

Wat verder belangrijk is voor jouw functie:
• Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar; onze openingstijden zijn van maandag tot en met zaterdag van 08:00 - 20:00 uur; doordat we een volledige beschikbaarheid vragen is deze functie minder geschikt om te combineren met een voltijd studie.
• Je bent in de gelegenheid om 9 weken training te volgen, waarvan de eerste 2 weken fulltime
• Na de betaalde trainingsperiode ben je 2 avonden per week en 2 van de 8 weekenddagen beschikbaar
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
• Je hebt een goed ingerichte thuiswerkplek om deels te kunnen thuiswerken
