Binnen Performance Improvement Change werk je aan een soepele klantbeleving wanneer klanten een bestelling plaatsen of een monteur nodig hebben. Als Insights Specialist richt je je op kabelschades en netwerkonderhoud. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de data, rapportages en stuurinformatie in dit domein: van KPI-definities en dashboards tot het maandelijkse verhaal achter de cijfers voor het MT. Je meet de prestaties van onze kabelschadepartners, en zorgt dat die cijfers kloppen en uitlegbaar zijn. Daarnaast duik je in klantprocessen en prestaties van monteurs, achterhaal je oorzaken van trends en zet je inzichten om in concrete verbeteracties. Je helpt om signalen eerder te zien en processen voorspelbaarder te maken. Zo werk je aan voorspellende analyses, Machine Learning-modellen en AI-toepassingen voor complexe vraagstukken. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen je multidisciplinaire team en schakelt veelvuldig met diverse stakeholders, waaronder management, de partner manager, externe partners

What you bring

Je duikt snel in complexe vraagstukken en brengt structuur in veel informatie. Je wilt weten wat er écht achter een cijfer zit, en je legt dat helder uit, of je nu tegenover het MT, een monteur of een externe partner zit. Je werkt graag zelfstandig én in een team, bouwt je eigen dashboards en analyses, en zet inzichten om in verbeteringen die merkbaar verschil maken voor klanten en de operatie.

Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Data Science, Customer Experience, Economie, Econometrie, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar
3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring als data-analist of consultant in een klantgerichte (complexe) omgeving
Ervaring met SQL en Python; ervaring met Snowflake is een pré
Ervaring met het bouwen van dashboards, bij voorkeur in Qlik (grote pré) of een vergelijkbare tool zoals Power BI
Aantoonbare ervaring met of affiniteit voor AI en moderne analyse en/of forecasttechnieken
Je staat stevig in gesprekken met management en externe partners, en blijft bij de feiten
Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend, in woord en schrift
