Rows and columns? You see stories, connections and opportunities.As a Data Analyst at VZ, within the HR Technology & Insights team, you are the codebreaker of our HR data. You turn numbers into insights that colleagues can rely on. You create smart dashboards and reports (for example in Qlik) that are not only accurate, but also logical and easy to use. From standard reporting to ad hoc requests, you drive automation so that colleagues can increasingly work with data independently. You work with clean, reliable datasets and help ensure we continue to comply with privacy regulations. In short: you make data not an end in itself, but a springboard for better decisions.

What you will also need:

Higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) level of working and thinking
2 to 5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role
Strong spoken and written Dutch and English
Experience building dashboards and reports, for example in Qlik
A sharp eye for data quality and the ability to make data usable
A preference for automating a task rather than doing it manually for the third time
The ability to explain complex data clearly to colleagues without a data background
Privacy awareness and knowledge of the rules around data use
