As a Business Information Security Officer (BISO) at VodafoneZiggo, you are the trusted security advisor and strategic partner for B2B. You help the business grow by making security a commercial advantage.Within the CISO organisation in Corporate Affairs, you connect business ambitions with security, privacy, resilience and compliance requirements. You work with leaders in Sales, Product, Legal, Technology and Security to ensure propositions, customer opportunities and strategic initiatives are commercially successful and risks are managed.You support deal teams in tenders, RFPs and customer engagements, translating complex security topics into clear business value. You advise on security and privacy requirements, assess products and services, and help teams make informed risk decisions.In customer discussions, audits and security reviews, you represent VodafoneZiggo with confidence and credibility. You strengthen customer trust and help Vodafone Business grow with confidence.

A gross monthly salary between
€5.544 and €6.930, with personal growth potential and a collective salary increase of 2.8% in January 2027.

What you bring

You are able to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organisation. You understand business priorities and know how to translate security risks into practical advice and business decisions. You are comfortable challenging stakeholders when needed while remaining a constructive partner focused on outcomes.
You combine strong communication skills with sound judgement and a pragmatic approach to risk. Whether you are speaking with customers, commercial teams, product managers or senior leaders, you can explain complex security topics in a clear and compelling way.
You enjoy working across organisational boundaries, influencing decisions without direct authority and helping others succeed through your expertise and guidance.

At least 3 years of experience in information security, IT audit or IT risk management
A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Business Informatics, Law and IT or a similar field
An active CISM or CISSP certification
Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27002, SOC 2 and NIST
Experience with security and privacy clauses in business contracts
Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written
Experience working with commercial teams, customers or business stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive risk-based decision making
Experience translating security requirements into business outcomes
