Are VZ and the LHBTIQA+-community at VZ doing enough for Belonging?

VodafoneZiggo is creating a supportive environment where people feel confident to be themselves. It's a work in progress and getting there more and more and the Queers Connected community promotes inclusivity, like adding pronouns to Microsoft Teams. This is important for respecting diversity. While more normalization of these topics is needed, I feel safe discussing my identity and confronting stereotypes at work. For me, VodafoneZiggo is a safe space.

Belonging is feeling a genuine connection with those around you, allowing you to be yourself with their support.

What does the message of the ring mean to you?

The Belong(r)ing is about bringing people together, to make you feel you're included.
