As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at VodafoneZiggo, you will work on an app used daily by thousands of customers. You will help define the technical direction of the app platform and contribute to smart, scalable solutions.This senior role offers a wide variety of work. You will work on the backend services and tooling for the V&Z app, continuously looking for ways to improve performance, reliability and quality. Together with your team, you will ensure that our digital ecosystem aligns seamlessly with strategic goals and user needs.You will safeguard technical coherence, think ahead, and help colleagues grow by sharing knowledge and driving innovation. You will also be an important sparring partner for product owners, architects and management.

What you bring

You maintain an overview of complex technical challenges and proactively contribute ideas on how products and processes can be improved. You have strong analytical skills, work accurately, and communicate easily with colleagues across different teams. You take initiative, share your knowledge with other developers, and see AI as an opportunity to accelerate innovation and further improve the user experience.

You have:

HBO/WO level of working and thinking, with at least 6 years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer and a clear senior focus on backend development.
In-depth knowledge of and extensive hands-on experience with NestJS, TypeScript and Node.js.
Extensive experience designing, building, testing and maintaining scalable backend services and GraphQL APIs within NestJS.
Experience making technical decisions for backend architecture, including performance, security, validation, error handling and scalability.
Solid knowledge of container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker, as well as experience with GitOps principles and declarative deployment and environment-management tools, such as Helm.
Specialist knowledge of CI/CD architecture, preferably GitLab CI.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as Kibana and OpenTelemetry.
Experience coaching fellow developers, particularly on backend principles, quality and technical decision-making, and encouraging innovation.
Willingness to provide periodic 24/7 L3 support.
