You combine strategic thinking with strong data analysis skills. You develop the customer base strategy, make forecasts and results easy to understand, and use evidence to support your recommendations. You bring teams along by turning insights into clear actions. You work in a structured way, take ownership and are fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
You have
- A master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a similar field.
- At least five years’ experience in a similar role or environment, such as commercial marketing, customer base marketing, CRM or performance marketing.
- Experience in a large, competitive B2C marketing organisation. Telecom or subscription marketing experience is a plus.
- At least three years’ experience analysing customer, revenue and campaign data to identify commercial opportunities.
- A proven track record of setting and monitoring targets, forecasts and commercial plans.
- At least two examples of large, high-impact marketing initiatives whose results you measured and used to improve performance.
- Experience with ARPU, upselling, customer value or paid add-ons is a plus.
- Experience developing business cases and presenting recommendations to stakeholders across different teams.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
