Partner leave

What you bring

You bring a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or a related field and at least 8 years of experience in RAN architecture or RAN engineering. You have in-depth knowledge of 4G and 5G RAN protocols, RAN planning tools such as Atoll, analytics platforms, security and regulatory requirements. You can define reference architectures, standards and roadmaps, assess solution designs, support proof of concepts and evaluate supplier solutions. Knowledge of TOGAF is required. English is required; Dutch is a plus.

You have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
At least 8 years of experience in Radio Access Network architecture or RAN engineering.
In-depth knowledge of 4G and 5G RAN protocols, architecture and network functions.
Knowledge of future RAN developments, including 6G, Open RAN, virtualization or cloud-native RAN concepts.
Experience with RAN planning tools, such as Atoll, and radio network analytics platforms.
Knowledge of network capacity, coverage, performance, optimization and quality parameters.
Experience with RAN security requirements, including encryption, authentication and regulatory standards.
Experience with roadmaps, standards, reference architectures and solution design assessments.
Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and TM Forum Open Digital Architecture.
Experience with supplier selection, market analysis, technology evaluation and total cost of ownership.
