As a Delivery Chain Lead Energy Management at VodafoneZiggo, you'll work within our Technology organization to build a smart, reliable, and future-ready energy network. You'll define the direction for energy projects and turn plans into reality. Working closely with grid operators, partners, and colleagues across Technology, you'll balance capacity, quality, and sustainability. You will monitor progress, drive results, and maintain oversight of investments, operational costs, and energy spend. This includes actively monitoring energy consumption and costs, validating invoices from power companies, and ensuring that the correct amounts are charged and paid. You identify deviations, address them with suppliers, and use insights to improve cost control and efficiency. You'll also report on project progress, energy spend, and financial performance to senior management and shareholders. Thanks to your leadership, our network is ready to support tomorrow's growth.

A gross monthly salary between
€5.600 and €6.900, with personal growth potential and a collective salary increase of 2.8% in January 2027.

You easily balance technical, financial, and business priorities. You bring people together, maintain a clear overview, and make decisions that create lasting impact. You are financially aware and comfortable analysing energy costs, challenging supplier invoices, and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation. You thrive in an environment where collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement are key.

In addition, you have:

A Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with energy infrastructure or critical technical facilities
5–8 years of experience in a technical or operational environment
5–8 years of experience managing stakeholders in complex organizations
Experience managing vendors and external partners
Experience with financial management, cost control, and invoice validation
Experience with project and process methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PRINCE2, or Agile
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
