What you bring

Om je een sterke start te geven, is in je eerste 7 maanden minimaal 10% bonus gegarandeerd. Werk je fulltime? Dan betekent dat ongeveer €260 bruto extra per maand. Laat je vanaf dag één sterke resultaten zien? Dan kan je bonus oplopen tot 22,5%, goed voor circa €580 bruto extra per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband. Daarnaast organiseren we regelmatig incentives, waarbij je een exclusieve, volledig verzorgde trip naar het buitenland kunt winnen samen met je collega’s. Wat verder belangrijk is voor deze functie

Je bent minimaal 20 uur per week beschikbaar
Tijdens de training is het fijn als je de eerste 6 weken 32 uur per week beschikbaar bent op doordeweekse dagen. Lukt dat niet? Dan plannen we je volgens je contracturen
Je werkt 1 of 2 avonden per week, afhankelijk van je contracturen; je wordt 1 keer per 4 weken ingepland op vrijdagavond en je werkt 2 zaterdagen per maand volgens rooster
Je hebt mbo-4 denkniveau of vergelijkbare werkervaring
Ervaring met klantcontact of verkoop (telefonisch of face-to-face) is mooi meegenomen
Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands
