As Chapter Lead Technical Locations, you lead a team responsible for the reliability of our technical locations. You combine hands-on involvement with developing the team and improving ways of working.You focus on the performance of our data centres and technical sites, including energy, cooling, access and physical infrastructure. Together with partners, you ensure agreements are delivered and sites continue to operate reliably.You work closely with external suppliers and contract partners, maintaining oversight, monitoring progress and ensuring processes are well connected. You also identify opportunities to improve and simplify ways of working to enable smoother collaboration.You support the team in growing collaboration, ownership and structure. You bring people together, encourage knowledge sharing and help the team become more effective. You also play a key role in continuity and knowledge retention, ensuring expertise is embedded.

A salary that grows

A gross monthly salary between
€4.793 and €5.992, with personal growth potential and a collective salary increase of 2.8% in January 2027.

What you bring

You have experience leading teams or processes in a technical or operational environment
You have proven experience working in Agile Ways of Working (WoW) environments.
You have experience working with external suppliers or partners
You understand how technical sites or data centre environments operate
You have experience with process-driven ways of working, such as ITIL or similar frameworks
You enjoy helping teams grow in collaboration and ways of working
You are strong in stakeholder management and easily connect with different parties
You communicate confidently in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
