Your job

As Chapter Lead Solutioning, you lead a team of specialists while staying actively involved at a sr technical level. You connect cloud, networking and data centre domains into one future-proof ecosystem. You work with Azure, AWS and Red Hat platforms such as OpenShift and OpenStack, as well as networking domains like IP services, routing, firewalls and DNS. You ensure these come together in consistent, end-to-end designs that are scalable and secure. You play a key role in the shift towards software-driven infrastructure, setting direction on automation, standardisation and architecture principles such as Zero Trust and micro-segmentation. You bring structure to a complex environment and help deliver coherent, future-proof solutions. You work closely with other Chapter Leads to ensure aligned architecture and design direction. You also build a strong chapter by coaching professionals, encouraging craftsmanship and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, ownership and development.

A salary that grows

A gross monthly salary between
€6.543 and €8.178, with personal growth potential and a collective salary increase of 2.8% in January 2027.

What you bring

You are comfortable operating in a complex technical landscape and know how to provide direction without over-engineering solutions. You bring people and domains together and help teams make decisions that work from design through to delivery. You enjoy building something new in an environment that is constantly evolving.

You have experience in a leadership role within complex technical environments such as cloud or infrastructure
You have knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS and Red Hat OpenShift or OpenStack
You understand networking and connectivity domains such as IP services, routing, firewalls and DNS
You have experience with architecture or solutioning challenges in an end-to-end environment
You are comfortable working in an Agile way of working and can bring teams along with you
You are strong in stakeholder management and easily switch between technical and strategic discussions
You speak and write English fluently
