Your job

As Chapter Lead Private Cloud, you combine leadership with technology. You actively contribute as a squad member while also focusing on the growth and development of the engineers within your chapter. Depending on the needs of the organization, the balance between these responsibilities may vary.You create an environment where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement are key. You coach colleagues in their development, encourage ownership, and help strengthen craftsmanship within the chapter. At the same time, you provide direction for the technical development of your area of expertise. You stay up to date with new technologies and translate these into smart solutions for our Private Cloud environment.Together with the Tribe Lead and other Chapter Leads, you ensure the right expertise is available in the right place. This way, you make an impact on the growth of your colleagues while contributing to a reliable and future-proof IT environment.

A salary that grows

A gross monthly salary between
€5.544 and €6.930, with personal growth potential and a collective salary increase of 2.8% in January 2027.

What you bring

You are a technical leader who gets energy from developing both people and technology. You enjoy coaching colleagues, sharing knowledge, and building solutions that are ready for the future. You bring:

Experience in a leadership or coaching role within an agile IT environment.
Experience with Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of OpenShift, containers, and virtualization (CNV).
A strong focus on automation, standardization, and self-service.
The ability to inspire, coach, and support engineers in their growth.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to connect teams and stakeholders.
A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify improvements and turn ideas into concrete solutions.
The ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
