As Chapter Lead Analytics & Reporting at VodafoneZiggo, you help create dashboards and data solutions across the organisation. About 60% of your time you contribute hands-on to analytics products that turn business questions into tangible insights. The remaining 40% is dedicated to developing your team: you guide colleagues in generating insights, encourage knowledge sharing, and introduce new ways of working towards self-service analytics and AI applications. You collaborate with business and Data & AI colleagues to support data-driven decisions. In this way, your team – and VodafoneZiggo – continuously learn, improve, and make an impact.

A salary that grows

A gross monthly salary between
€5.400 and €6.700, with personal growth potential and a collective salary increase of 2.8% in January 2027.

What you bring

You have experience translating business questions into data solutions
You enjoy contributing hands-on to dashboards and analytics products
You introduce new ways of working and guide your team in adopting them
You are familiar with BI tools such as Qlik or Power BI
You understand SQL, data models, and ETL processes
You have a basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
You have experience in Agile teams and coaching colleagues
You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
You have experience guiding teams through change and transformation, and know how to successfully introduce new ways of working
