This is what you do
As Team Leader Process Design & Improvement you have the daily supervision over a team of (junior) process designers who support all business process design activities for business projects and key customer experiences.
You establish and drive executing designs for process improvements of customer facing or impacting processes by focusing on continuity and optimizing of the business processes. Both from a customer perspective (Customer Excellence) as well as from a Business Perspective (Operational Excellence).
This is how you do it
As Team Leader Process Design & Improvement you act on the dividing line of content specialism and people management. You have a good eye for individual needs and motivations of employees, but also for the team and business needs. You know how to create a safe environment where communication is open and where feedback can be given constructively.
You know how to let people grow in their role and make sure all process design deliverables are above expectations.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
The Process Design Team is part of Customer Experience & Processes (CEP) within Customer Operations (COPS). The team consists of 2 Team Leads (heading 2 teams of (junior) Process Designers) and 8 Business Process Architects directly reporting into the manager Process Design, Theo Toussaint (www.linkedin.com/in/toussainttheo).
The team is very dynamic and operates in the center of a continuously changing and demanding environment of key areas of VodafoneZiggo’s customer interaction and experience.
