Being the Sr Manager Operational Readiness and Operations Service Chain Management is taking on a crucial role in supporting the Director Technology Operations into assuring the operational Operations of the Fixed, Mobile and IT services of VodafoneZiggo. You manage, on behalf of the Technology Operations team, the relationships with business stakeholders of the services, including adopting new services. You are on behalf of the Director Technology Operations accountable for the maintenance contract and managing the budgets. In addition, this role provides you line management responsibilities: you are managing a team of high caliber individuals, each responsible for the life cycle performance and the E2E chain of our Fixed, Mobile and IT service. As their leader, you will motivate the team, foster an inclusive work environment and will coach, guide and develop teams ‘growth.
Overall, this role provides you a combination of strategic work, managerial responsibilities and operational accountability for VodafoneZiggo’s operational readiness.
This is what you do
Team Up
In this role you will be part of the Technology Operations team, which exist of 270 technology colleagues whit a high ambition to bring and create the best and smartest technology for our products and services. You will have around 20 direct reports and will report directly in the Director Technology Operations.
As the team is located in Amsterdam and Maastricht, this role could be seated in one of our two offices. Travelling and visiting both offices is necessary to perform the role at his best.
