A world leading total communications company with operations in 100 countries is recruiting for National Service Managers within Commercial and Service Management in Group Operations, where you will be taking a pivotal position at the heart of managing the service relationship with Vodafone’s Enterprise Customers.
Your skill in business to business relationship building and service management, combined with your knowledge of business communication technologies, will play a pivotal role in the growth of Vodafone Group Enterprise. You will have the opportunity to manage the service relationship of key named accounts to nurture and grow a client-base from the world’s largest multinational businesses.

What you do for our customers
Responsible for maintaining, and evolving, the service relationships with key named Vodafone customers, and are accountable for proactively driving improvement and development of the service and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
Establishing a strong working relationship with named Customers to understand our Customers’ strategy and business model, evaluating these requirements against Vodafone’s Service Proposition and translating that into Vodafone accountabilities based on Vodafone’s Sell, Build & Run operating model.
You will maintain key relationships into all functional teams within Vodafone to deliver an exemplary service experience and seek to deliver continuous improvement at every opportunity to improve the overall account-level experience in pursuit of efficiency, quality and margin improvement.
