This is what you do
Omni channel capability management converts requirements of COPS, CXP, P&S, Consumer Marketing into capabilities based on prior agreed Omni-channel roadmap.  In this role you will be responsible  for the project management of named projects reporting progress in a timely and structured fashion (time, material/budget).   You will also focus on Plan & Build (tactical) and seamless handover to the run / operational departments].

The Omni-Channel Customer Capability (OCC) department is a young team and part of  Omni-Channel Service Management (OSM) within Commercial Operations (COPS). The team consists of 14 persons focusing on  3 core deliverables, namely Chain Management; Capability Management & Capability Project & Release Management. (PMO). OCC drives and supports the realization of optimal Customer capabilities  and interactions through analysis, design and improvements of customer facing and/or impacting Omni-Channel systems  and touchpoints.

This is how you do it

  • Responsible for the demand management of all companywide initiatives, leading to Omni channel initiatives/projects
  • Responsible to drive and speed up quality driven value changes for customers
  • Responsible for maximizing the value of the work delivered by the Development Team
  • Managing and delivering E2E changes, in alignment with key stakeholders, Omni channel capability management; converting  requirements into capabilities based on an prior agreed roadmap. 
  • Project management of named projects reporting progress in a timely and structured fashion  (time, material/budget).  
  • Change and Incident Management; making sure changes are picked up/prioritised and handled
  • Focus on Plan & Build (tactical) and seamless handover to the run / operational departments.

  • HBO education, e.g. in Business Administration
  • AGILE Mindset with prior experience working in an AGILE environment as Product Owner
  • Proficiency negotiating through stakeholder issues and resolving problems at the program and/or organizational level Experience in working in cross-functional teams
  • In-depth knowledge of UNIFY 
  • Proficiency leveraging key performance metrics and data to provide insights and facilitate Product Owners abilities to make strategic business recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good experience in delivery with Agile methodologies in enterprise environments
  • Track record in delivery Omni-Channel strategy
  • Familiar with and have hands-on experience of Agile scaling methods
