As our Pega Marketing Decisioning Architect, you are at the helm of Pega Marketing. You will make sure that the ship sails, stays on course and reaches the desired destination; relevant, personalized customer journeys that maximize business and customer value. Although we look to you for inspiration and guidance, a project of this magnitude is not one to take on solo. And you won’t. You are a (very!) welcome addition to our Development & Operations team; 10 marketing automation professionals who are already well versed in developing omni-channel journeys that resonate with our customers.
Because you bring Pega Marketing experience & knowledge to the table, you can help the team sign off on what Pega Marketing promises to deliver: Always on Marketing with meaningful customer dialogues, personalized customer journeys and on-point customer interactions, across all channels & touchpoints. Driven by adaptive, self-learning algorithms.

What you bring to the table
Confidence, fearlessness and the drive to take marketing automation to the next level. And beyond. Attention to detail and diligence are pivotal. When everything runs smoothly, but especially when the going gets tough. Which will probably happen a few times, given the scope and dependencies of the project.
As a colleague you are open, easy-going and always in for a deep dive with your team. As a Pega Marketing Decisioning Architect you are visionary enough to want to set sail to the promised marketing land, but realistic enough to know that voyages of incremental discovery are most likely to succeed.
Your key assets
Customer Value Management (CVM) in B2C will be your home and heart. In addition to Development & Operations, we house analytics, capabilities, product owners, project managers and commercial leads & experts. Within Vodafone Group, we are actively contributing to the Always-on-Marketing best practices. We are constantly spreading our knowledge and expertise, within VodafoneZiggo and Vodafone Group, but also to the external marketing world in seminars. We also work very closely together with our strategic suppliers/partners Pega.
As a Pega Marketing Decisioning Architect, you will team up with 10 MarTech team members, made from 5 different nationalities, that form the Development & Operations team. We are working in a fully agile environment, forming part of a Centre of Excellence that support the Marketing Tribe. We consist of Decision Architects, Quality Assurance Engineers, Product Owners and Delivery Managers. A team that aims high, both professionally and on an interpersonal level. We run wholeheartedly with our projects, but we also make sure the work does not overrun us. The team liaises with a wide range of in- and external stakeholders, ranging from the ‘usual marketing suspects’ to external consultants and senior board members.
We will make sure our Pega Marketing Decisioning Architect will land both smoothly and deeply within the team and larger organization. On boarding, personal coaching, team training and guidance from senior team members are part of the ‘all inclusive’ VodafoneZiggo experience.
