The Lawful Interception Judicial Infodesk operator will assure that VodafoneZiggo is compliant to the telecommunication law and that the operational execution of lawful interception (LI) and data disclosure (DD) work can be done in a correct, complete and most effective way.

The Lawful Intercept Judicial Infodesk Operator will assist the Technical Project Manager Lawful Intercept with developing, maintaining our LI /DR / Overlast / DF systems.  He or she will also be a backup for the operational coordinator LI.

This is how you do it

  • Responsible to be up to date about new developed services or changing services within VodafoneZiggo which will affect LI and DR.
  • Be a member within projects with regard to LI, DD and information security within timing, budget and scope.
  • Responsible to develop, maintain and optimize all processes and technical solutions which are used within the LI, DD and information security area.
  • Contact for the business, government and external suppliers for new programs and projects in which LI and DD is involved
  • Second line support for operational issues, questions and incidents to assist the local interception desk.
  • Contact for operating issues operational team at the interception desk.

You’ve got what it takes

  • At least 2 years’ experience within the telecommunication business.
  • At least 1 years’ experience with fixed network and internet.
  • Screening AIVD (level B) is required
  • Have up to date knowledge: Technical overview of the mobile and fixed network
  • Be a fast learner and gain technical knowledge in an effective way
  • Needs to know how to communicate with all stakeholders
  • Team player
  • Proactive and good communication skills Dutch / English
