Further transform the sales discipline to a solution selling organisation, increase share-of-wallet offering the B2B customer converged solutions with adjacent services.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Develop and implement the recently adapted Solution Sales strategy in line with the overall B2B strategy
- Enable the design and implementation of solutions for Small, Medium and Corporate/VGE segments with a key focus on converged services
- Responsible for offering the customer a solution and provide technical sales support in offers, tenders and contracts for the productfamilies adjacent services: Unified communication, IOT, Enterprise mobility management, personal & company security and managed services
- Responsible for revenue growth by share of wallet growth and growth in adjacent services in all segments
- Responsible for all acquired Technical solutions for B2B market segment
- Responsible for the development of partnerships (sell with / through) for the focus product families to ensure growth in these areas.
- Ensure successful and efficient collaboration with the delivery organization (Technology) and manage customer relationships
- Manage the department, ensure engaged and capable staff by attracting, enabling and developing employees and effective talent management
- Adequate financial planning in line with (revenue and cost) budget
What are we looking for:
- Experienced commercial leader with strong management and decision-making skills. Ability to lead, engage and drive change
- Proven track record of delivering profitable growth in an enterprise business using a well-developed, strategic commercial program
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Engaging appropriate internal and external stakeholders to make critical decisions and ensure buy-in and optimal outcomes
- Experience with implementing sales end-to-end processes, business improvement and efficiency

You’ve got what it takes:
- 15+ years of experience in TMT (Telecom Media Technology) industry
- 5+ years of management experience- Master degree, preferrably Commercial or Technical
- In-depth knowledge of fixed, mobile and converged solutions
- Strong Technology knowledge
