Drive the Customer Experience for our B2B customers into execution and results

This is what you do for our customer
You will be acting on behalf of the voice of the B2B customer. You understand the customer needs and VodafoneZiggo’s current situation of customer touchpoints, its processes and journeys and translates them to concrete improvements. You can make our customers truly happy by making sure we deliver upon their expectations, differentiating VodafoneZiggo from the rest of the market in customer experience. 

This is how you do it

  • Drive and successfully manage CXP and NPS programs for B2B and coordinate programs across all related departments
  • Drive the implementation of our VodafoneZiggo customer promises
  • Drive and ensure successful end2end chain management by driving chain improvements to optimize the E2E chain for B2B across different business units (including Technology and COPS departments)
  • You are the SPOC within B2B when it comes to CXP VodafoneZiggo related insights. In close alignment with our Market Insights team you drive improvements into customer insights and the (NPS) measuring environment (Medallia). You are able to use these insights to drive improvements for our customers
  • Define & drive implementation of the CXP roadmap during the year and plan for longer term plan
  • You drive the company culture and encourage us all to be more customer centric
