This is what you do for our customer
You will be acting on behalf of the voice of the B2B customer. You understand the customer needs and VodafoneZiggo’s current situation of customer touchpoints, its processes and journeys and translates them to concrete improvements. You can make our customers truly happy by making sure we deliver upon their expectations, differentiating VodafoneZiggo from the rest of the market in customer experience.

B2B Products is responsible for the commercial results and customer satisfaction of our complete enterprise portfolio. Working in a challenging environment where innovative ideas are creatively turned into reality. Working in an open and diverse team you’ll be reporting into Manager Commercial Planing, Pricing and CXP.
