As the job title suggests, as Chapter Lead CRO & Analytics you ought to be an expert on both CRO and Analytics. Are you able to lead a team, but still want to do hands-on work?

As a Chapter Lead your work will consist of 2 parts:

  1. You will be working hands-on as part of a Squad as Analyst (since we're working Agile within VodafoneZiggo).
  2. You're also HR-responsible for managing the performance and development of the analysts belonging to your Chapter.

The Job
At VodafoneZiggo's Digital Channels Tribe we aim for a culture of experimentation where we optimize the online customer journey based on research and data insights.

Key objectives in your role:

  1. Lead

Let it be clear that the Chapter lead takes on a crucial role in the way of working within the chapter. You are the expert combining development, innovation and safeguarding of your field of expertise and who feeds the Chapter with a clear vision. Whilst doing so, you are not afraid to set high quality standards and are able to convince stakeholders of your vision.

  1. Educate

As the most senior professional of a Chapter, the Chapter Lead is tasked with developing the skills of all Chapter members and has line management responsibilities. You are expected to help stimulate innovation within the teams and to ensure industry trends are being reflected within VodafoneZiggo in close alignment with the Center of Excellences related to your Chapter.

  1. Hands-on Analyst Work

A vast amount of your time you are also participating within a multi-functional digital squad of yourself working on CRO & Analytics. This means you’re the go-to-person when it comes to validating new development work, providing insights into the performance of your squad’s ‘product’ and setting up commercial on-site optimizations with marketeers.

Objectives of the Chapter:

  • Getting a thorough understanding of the online customer journey for the brands within VodafoneZiggo.
  • Encourage to validate as much as possible (with the help of A/B tests) when it comes to optimizing our websites/mobile apps.
  • Ensure the correct figures are available and shared when it comes to reporting ecommerce- and service-KPIs through dashboards and deep dive-analyses. The aim is always to provide actionable insights to improve our platforms or journeys.

  • You create an environment for continuous feedback/learning, coaching and mentoring within the Chapter and own the Personal Development-cycle for chapter members;
  • Leading and developing the analytical abilities and skills of the CRO specialists to increase their productivity;
  • Close alignment with the Center of Excellences that are responsible for UX, CRO & Data-infrastructure for tactical roadmaps & quality assurance;
  • Tools like Google Analytics 360, BigQuery, DataStudio, Optimizely, Clicktale and Usabilla are used in your day-to-day work.
  • With a clear Vision on CRO & Analytics you will make the company more data-driven and take the company to the next level.

You’ve got what it takes

Must have technical/professional qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the area of CRO & Analytics and E-commerce.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with direct reports.
  • Experience with technical data analysis via SQL, Python and/or R is a pre.
