You will provide the business insight to set the strategic direction for Netherlands, Ireland and International Partner Markets. You will operationally manage an annual revenue budget of €400m and €150m New Business TCV.
You operationalise the commercial and functional components to support the Head of Strategy and Operations to deliver targets across sales management and functions. You will establish and maintain effective sales management and target setting through to delivery of the Detailed Budget, and support commercial decision-making to drive sales growth and improve customer profitability.
You deliver integrated business planning, converting financial targets into manageable operational plans; own sales targeting to understand risks & opportunities; provide full product interlock on targets and actuals; deliver strong input to Northern Europe strategic plan and be the market expert for Netherlands, Ireland and International. You will act as a connector joining up macroeconomics > industry > Vodafone > VGE.
You produce monthly trading decks to consolidate business insight to local SM and RSD; provide proactive project based business insight to fix developing performance problems and improve business commentary and insight to drive performance.
You own CVM (Customer Value Management) activities to ensure lessons learnt and opportunities are monetised.
You are a resilient, analytical professional who is results focused and will support the Heads of Sales to drive performance.

You will join a Vodafone Global Enterprise team, reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations in a small dynamic team responsible for enabling sales by turning data into insight and insight into action. You will not have direct reports though will have dotted reports from the VSSB shared resources. You will act as the key interface to drive performance, SLA’s and metrics in support functions (SBS, Commercial, CPS, Build & Run) and will work to simplify relationship between sales & finance to ensure optimal decisions are reached effectively.
