Whether you’re buying an iPhone or inquiring about your energy bill: the quality of a company’s support is the secret ingredient that makes or breaks the customer experience. Your traineeship: the fast track to a challenging career
Lots of impact, lots of growth opportunities and lots of fun. That’s what the Discover traineeship is all about. As a Discover trainee, you’ll complete three projects. Two of those will be in the customer operations domain. The third will lift you out of your comfort zone to see how well you perform in a business unit with a different focus. During this one-and-a-half-year program, you’ll discover what makes you tick, what you’re capable of, where you want to be… and how we can help you get there.
Some ‘sample’ projects?
Although nothing is set in stone, there is one certainty: you will be a main driver of our Agile transition and help us serve customers in better (always) and revolutionary (sometimes) new ways. How can we use personalization to optimize and innovate digital customer experience? What strategy should we adopt in order to steer customers towards self-service? And how can we roll that strategy out? You’ll focus on large themes, both from a customer and an operational perspective! This includes convincing and aligning all relevant stakeholders. And since customer processes are interwoven in the fabric of the entire organization, there are many business units that have to embrace these new ways of thinking and working. Disruptive? You bet. But with a grand ambition: to make customers feel heard, respected and understood at all times.

Did you check all the boxes, but do personal circumstances require something extra, such as flexible working hours or workplace adaptations? We can accommodate that!
What we offer you:
The first steps of our application process are online, but even these steps are a great opportunity to get to know each other better!
Step 1. Online assessment which consists of: a brain game, personality test, a situational judgment game and a video pitch. This will take up 1,5 hours of your time, you do not have to finish everything in one round. Keep in mind that the team will start reviewing all applications once the vacancy is closed (November 2nd, 2020). You will hear back from us latest November 20th, 2020.
Step 2. Did we select you? You will be invited to complete an online Occupational Personality Questionnaire where we dive deeper into your drivers, this questionnaire gives us good insights into your development potential as well.
Step 3. If we are positive about the outcome of your Occupational Personality Questionnaire you will be invited for a digital OPQ interview with the business. These interviews take place between December 7th, 2020, and December 18th, 2020.
Step 4. Passed? Congratulations! We’re inviting you for a fully digital Assessment Day on the 25th of January, 2021.
