I'm right in the middle of the action
VodafoneZiggo's CEO took 90 minutes of his precious time to meet all trainees, not only to gather our insights, but also to hear what drives us in this organization. That shows VodafoneZiggo doesn't cling to old fashioned patterns. The people I meet, all communicate on the same level and there is no sense of status and/or hierarchy. VodafoneZiggo is a very large, dynamic, international, informal, flex working oriented and open organization, based on trust and where results and ultimately, client satisfaction, matter in the end.
There are lots of opportunities for personal development. One thing I enjoy about my work on a day to day basis are the meetings with different stakeholders. In co creation, we reach new insights and better solutions. Relevant, yet challenging projects and talks with stakeholders often convince me to step out of my comfort zone and change my mindset.
At the end of a working day, I often go out for dinner with other trainees. I love to hit the gym or catch a movie. I also like to read about technological trends.
