The Customer Experience department lays out what that requires and ensures we deliver it by interfacing regularly with our stores, customer service and digital channels. In turn, the Digital department administers, designs and develops digital services for our customers, such as our website and the My Vodafone app. In our very dynamic market, in which technology and customer needs constantly change, these departments have a tremendous impact on the success of VodafoneZiggo.
