Our application procedure

At VodafoneZiggo we like to make things clear. This includes our job application procedure:

  • After you express your interest, a recruiter will evaluate your application.
  • If you make a good first impression, (s)he’ll submit your application to your prospective manager.
  • If the manager’s feedback is also positive, we’ll invite you for a preliminary interview, so we can get to know each other better.
  • Contingent on a pleasant impression, you will be invited for an online TalentPitch. This TalentPitch consists of two relating parts: a Cultural Fit and a Braingame. Besides that, you will be invited for a second and possibly even a third interview.
  • If both sides feel positive, we’ll offer you an employment contract.

As part of this process, we may ask you to make a business case. We also always ask for references and screen prospective employees before signing a contract.
